  • Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

In the technocratic surge for digitalization of operations and procedures as well as for the entrepreneurial exploitation of large data sets, we need to stay keen on creating healthy work environments. While surely digitalization in many instances improves decision support for increasingly complex tasks, this decision support seems to in its extreme practically overtake the decision making, rendering a loss of agency for the individual. Although this could be desirable, it can also be considered a "tayolistic backlash", and potentially a problem for many professions. Our team is searching for empirical instances of such loss of agency to better understand how it affects work satisfaction, and ultimately how we can exploit the undoubted benefits of digitalization to its fullest while we avoid building new overly tayloristic digital practices.

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

We are looking for projects that explore different aspects of work environment implications of digitalization.
