  • Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

We are focused on customer affective and cognitive responses to Artificial Intelligence. We approach this phenomenon from the perspective of business interactions and social consequences. Namely, we investigate how customer reactions to AI translate in economic and social aspects (trust, involvement, willingness to cooperate) of behaviors. Our motivation for such an approach is driven by the need to understand the transformation of human attitude to collaboration with AI. The social and economic aspects of Human-AI collaboration are novel and under researched as most of the studies are focused on AI perceptions and resistance to new technology. Methodologically we are experienced in experimental research in the field of behavioral economics in consumer and business context. We can enrich the project with international quantitative analysis as well as qualitative ones. We are a team of four researchers of consumer behavior and business relationships in digital transformation.

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

We are interested in projects that aim at understanding human reactions to Artificial Intelligence. We would like to join the project that assumes using interactive AI that researchers can manipulate. Furthermore, we would be excited about projects that rethink humans and AI\'s roles and that contribute to the social benefits of collaboration between those actors (assuming that AI is a social actor too).
