The Fund is designed to strengthen bilateral relations between the donor countries (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) and beneficiary countries. It supports building contact networks, sharing and exchanging knowledge, technology, experience and best practices, as well as finding partners for joint projects carried out in cooperation with donor countries and developing such partnerships.
The Fund is managed by the National Contact Point.
