The Trans-Atlantic Platform (T-AP) for Social Sciences and Humanities is a collaboration between humanities and social science research funders formed in 2013. At the beginning, it operated as a Coordination and Support Actions-type programme co-financed by the European Commission (2013-2016). At present, it operates a cooperation network for research funders from North America, South America and Europe and is funded by its member agencies.

The National Science Centre started to cooperate with the T-AP network in 2020 within the framework of the T-AP RRR Call 2021.
