Graduated from the Applied Biotechnology at the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Krakow with MEng. . Awarded her PhD degree in medical and health sciences from the Jerzy Maj Institute of Pharmacology, Polish Academy of Sciences in Krakow as part of the Environmental Doctoral Studies "Interdisciplinarity for innovative medicine" InterDokMed. Completed postgraduate studies in clinical trials of medicinal products at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Krakow.
Completed short-term foreign fellowships at the Institute of Biotechnology BIOCEV (Prague, Czech Republic), Institute of Genetics, Molecular and Cellular Biology (Strasbourg, France) and Institute of Neuroscience-National Research Council (Cagliari, Italy). Beneficiary of the Mirosław Bekker Programme (Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange, NAWA) which enabled her to complete a one-year postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Milan (Italy). Afterwards, worked as a post-doc at the Małopolska Center of Biotechnology of the Jagiellonian University. Co-investigator in several projects financed by the National Science Center. Co-author of numerous scientific publications in the academic journals from the Philadelphia list, and conference presentations at national and international meetings.
Since May 2024, employed as a coordinator for Physical Sciences and Engineering.
