The NCN will process your personal data pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) of General Data Protection Regulation, in conjunction with Article 20 of the Act on the National Science Centre of 30 April 2010 (consolidated text in Journal of Laws 2018, item 947):
Your personal data will be processed in order to meet the legal obligation and perform the tasks performed in the public interest. The footage captured by the surveillance cameras will be stored for up to 14 days and will afterwards be deleted.

- Your personal data can only be collected by entities authorised to do so pursuant to generally applicable laws. Your degree/academic title, name and information on your employer will be disclosed on the list of experts and will be available to anyone searching the NCN website.
- Your personal data will be processed from the moment they have been collected as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes laid down in point 4 and to investigate any related claims, for the period required by generally applicable laws and for the period of storage as defined by the NCN’s records management procedures and the Uniform File Classification System.
- Due to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict the the processing of your personal data and to transfer it. Your rights may differ depending on the legal basis pursuant to which your personal data is processed.
- If personal data is processed pursuant to a consent of the data subject (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), you can withdraw withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the compliance of the data processing pursuant to your prior consent with the applicable laws.
